Script - GC little helper II

The new version 0.10.19 for the GC little helper II is available here.

Details on the adjustments can be found in the changelog.

• All problems from the last changes of GS should now have been eliminated.
  
• The menu of all geocaching pages is now in English and cannot be changed via the language setting in the GClh config or on the geocaching page.
  
• Some user had problems in such a way, that the GClh did not want to run despite the last update or even sometimes ran and sometimes didn't. That should be fixed now also.
